Last day of term has always been a fun chill time with our forms. The form time parties have been taken away from us. Sign this petition to bring it back
I honestly never thought one hundred people would agree with me on this. It is humbling to see that so many of you feel exactly the same way about our last day traditions.

My child just told me about this and it is unacceptable! Yes they come to school to learn but with the amount of homework and stress they already have, they deserve a break!

Work, rest and PLAY! Just let these kid relax! 45 minutes of extra lessons on the last day will not do anything for these kids. This is the day when students get creative, dot take this away from them.

As an ex-Wally Girl myself, form parties were a chance to bond with your form group when you start the school but a chance to see your friends again due to x-class separation. Outrageous.

I believe that after a long term of hard work we should be allowed one last day of fun activities. It has always been like this and hasn't been a problem in terms of finishing our course of work, so why now?

Aren't we allowed to have any fun amidst the stress that this school puts us through? People are driven to tears and exhaustion on a daily basis for WHSG, at least give us a day to have some fun with our friends before mocks and GCSEs start.

This is a school tradition and it is completely unfair to have it taken away when we work so hard every day of lessons. The party at the end of each term is supposed to be a time to relax with friends, catch up with people and look forward to the holidays ahead.

I Hate the fact that we get pressured every day at school to get good grades and work hard but when we wait for that one day that will be full of fun and relaxation Mr Booth decides to take it away. That one day is what everyone waits for and he decides that we shouldn't have fun. I hate it when teachers say school is supposed to be fun. Are tests fun? Are writing as fast as you can til ur hand hurts fun? The fun part of school are those last days of term where we celebrate all that people have achieved. Where we can all loosen up and have some fun for once. Honestly I hate the way Mr Booth has been our headteacher for not even a year but has also put in rules about your shoulders must be covered on mufti days. #wallygirlslivesmatter
