Mr. Stockett has decided that this year, Ridgeline seniors won’t be able to have senior quotes in the year book. Will we accept this? No! Sign the petition to voice your discontent, and feel free to take it up with Mr. Stockett in person. Bring back senior quotes!
The administration thought they could quietly strip away our traditions without anyone noticing. This surge of support proves they were dead wrong and our class refuses to be silenced by Mr. Stockett.

At the start of Ridgeline, we as students had a saying, “Tradition starts with us.”, it was the year’s motto. As part of that motto students voted to have Senior quotes in the year book, it was one of many traditions that started for Seniors. Do y’all want the this year’s motto be “3 years of tradition dies with us”?

It's a right of passage this group has been looking forward to since they were the very first Freshman class at Ridgeline High School! Don't steal their joy!

All the past senior classes have been able to put in senior quotes and it’s unfair to take away that tradition, especially when we’re the first class to complete all 4 of our high school years at Ridgeline. Senior quotes are a fun way for graduating class men to make one last impression.

yoo don’t take OUR senior quotes away. one of my teachers said they’re taking them away because of some inappropriate comments in last year’s book. how about the teacher does the job of reading through the book before publishing it? you’re supposed to do it anyways, don’t punish the kids when you’re the one who didn’t read through the book

Why would you even consider removing something, that gives these young adults the ability to look back and fondly remember their time at Ridgeline. Being able to see the words of their classmates will spark memories that otherwise might be lost.

thank you! it was so dumb that they took our senior quotes. the teacher doesn’t put the quotes in the book, the students who signed up for the class did. students have been planning their senior quotes for a while now and it would be dumb if they weren’t able to do it
