I really just started this because I missed the dance, but hearing so many of you feel the same way has been completely overwhelming. I am currently working on a way to present these names to the administration and I am so grateful for the help you have all provided.

The entire school (800 diligent hard working students) shouldn’t be punished and have a Semi Formal removed because of the mistake of a few drunk teens.
Semi is the best event of the school year where students can bond with other students in different grades that they don't share classes with. The students shouldn't be deprived of it.
Semi is so much fun, it would be heartbreaking not to have it for those who have never experienced it before
The one grade I decided I wanted to go to semi and this is what's happening smhh ?¿?¿
I am in grade 9 and I was really looking forward to having my first semi and I really hope it gets back on.

Many of us Monarch Park students would enjoy and benefit from such a great and fun event! I find no reason to opt out of not having a semi-formal. As a grade 9 student, I would be delighted to go to an event like this during my first year. I feel like events like these is what brings our school together, makes high school a better and more memorable experience. This is what high school is all about, we must have a semi- formal! Let's do this Monarch and have tons of fun!
