In the aftermath of the removal of our Colts B Team Coaching Staff, The Colts organization DEMANDS the removal of the Director of Football Operations for the GBCYFL. Our coaching staff has been lied to, degraded, bullied, and harassed since their suspension was handed down. As paying members of this league, and this organization, we demand that he step down so as he no longer has the ability to target our children, target our coaches, and target our program. He has spread misinformation about our coaches, and our children causing our children to be bullied at their schools, and rumors to float around the state that the Colts program cheats. Any adult volunteer having a position on the GBCYFL board should ensure that they are a liaison between teams and a neutral third party. They should ensure the successfulness of every team in the league. This board member has continually showed that he plays favorites between teams and does this without concern for the integrity of the game. The continued spread of his lies and accusations have now made it to a national radio show with a podcast that is broadcasted globally. The Director of Football Operations, as a representative of the GBCYFL, should not have the authority or the right to say the things that he said to parents in a parent meeting on 912/22. We, as PAYING members of this league, DEMAND his removal, and DEMAND the reinstatement of our B Team Colts coaching staff.

These coaches are volunteers and actively promote success by doing the right thing. They should never be deemed a cheater cause that is opposite of their character. The mistake that was made, was not highlighted in the by laws of the league and as coaches they were not required to read the khsaa rules. This GBCYFL board member needs to be removed from this football program immediately in the name of integrity and law. Slandering and defaming peoples character at that level of leadership is inexcusable.
I was present at the game on 9/10 as a supporter of my great nephew who plays on the Colts. It appeared to many of us the rules were made up as the game progressed. There should be a much better way to handle this situation
A season suspension and fine is absolutely ridiculous. These young men need these male role models and volunteers to remain as coaches. This is a control move and should not be tolerated by the board or any other parents in the league
The events that have occurred are disgusting! This is little league football, these are KIDS and anyone that has ever watched a colts game knows there is no way in hell for us to cheat as every ref is against us and allows things that are against rules. I was a colt growing up and my children have been apart of the colts organization for 4 years, I love the colts but the GBCYFL has stripped all fun. To suspend all coaches for the year is ridiculous, how about a warning? Especially considering this “rule” wasn’t known to our coaches. At the end of the day the kids suffer and for this league to claim to be family oriented and all about our kids, it sure doesn’t seem that way.
Mark needs to be removed from the Greater Bullitt County Board because this league is suppose to be about the kids and he absolutely does not care about the kids and he has no remorse of what happens to the kids. I do not want my kids to be affiliated with this league if Mark continues to be apart of the Board.
Pathetic action. A little over board.
The team took their penalty on the field of 15 yards. Now they go Evan farther. Nonsense
