This Petition has been signed by numerous guest that were in attendance that evening. A few were forced to sit in a section that wasn't even where our event was being held. Some were asked for a deposit and told, "We owe money" (We being Ms. Hadiya Peele w/staff and coordinators) Some were even turned away who arrived after the whole event was shut down almost 2 hrs before my bar guarantee. Whats fair is fair!

The feedback I keep receiving from those who were there confirms just how poorly we were treated that night. I am still pushing for a response from management while documenting every instance of their unprofessional behavior. This remains exhausting but I am not letting it go.

Personally I was treated like i didn't have money. I am a mm n Associate Director in a hospital and make over $100,000 a year. I came out to support Hadiya and her company she is a great person and she did not deserve to be treated like she was. She was also engaged that night by her fiancee in front of everyone and we were going to start buying bottles but we had to leave due to management unreal and bad business won't be going back there
We came as a group to support NeJewlz and Eleep Fashions as well as LLS and we were informed there was no show. We felt like we were played so we called Eleep Fashions and was explained the situation we were appalled however now they want to take her to court when @ 9:00 there was no sign of anyone right there it's a BREECH. The purpose of a contract is so everyone is on the same page IS THIS A NEW CONTACT??? If so not many businesses will be in business long.
We were there from 5 pm and even after the designer came they would not allow us downstairs with her, She was a beautiful young lady hurt but still beautiful. Even though there was no show her fiancee did a wonderful job asking her to marry him in front of all of us. Then and only then did management want us to stay and for the designer to have her show but after the way they treated her I would have to agree to the fact that she did right and she wasn't rude or out of line very respectful people all day I still do business with the designer and she is such a sweet soul so calm very nice people they didn't deserve to be treated like that at all.
Was there for the fashion show that was so highly spoken about get there at about 9:00 and there was no show not only was there no show but the Manager there was so dam rude. I said to one of my co workers that he must ain't been getting any he ws most rude and it seemed like he was just a bit racist no good for business and I wouldn't even go there on my good day
OMG I remember this night oh so well. The Leukemia Fasion Show. Hope everything worked out for the young entrepreneurial couple who were treated so poorly!!!
very uprofessional lounge. rude and obnoxious. food was cold drinks were watered down,and overpriced. total disaster via Pranna Lounge
I was informed that there was a fashion show happening there so me and my camera crew went to see who the designer was and her material. We arrived about 7:15 and was told immediately that there was no show happening there, as we were leaving another couple came in and presented a ticket and informed the young lady that they were here for the fashion show. The young lady showed the couple where to sit and we followed. about 7:45 the designer showed up with her models and her materials and was spotted at the door mind you we had not been allowed downstairs. I saw the designer step to the side with her models and then they went downstairs she stayed with I guess the managers and they seemed to be very ignorant with her. She was finally allowed downstairs and everyone that was sitting upstairs followed it was dark downstairs but they ga add a table set up where her people were with tickets and and LLS box for donatios but it was hot down there and dark. when she got down there they put on lights and air conditioning they did open the bar,

We Dr.'s at Downstate were there and want to say we were treated like crap. The drinks were awful and the service was horrible. We were treated like we didn't have any money. Once the manager's found out who we were then and only then were we treated like real people. After he engaged Hadiya we wantedt o celebrate so we had ordered 10 bottles of Champagne and 5 bottles of Hennessey and Patron however when we went to order we were told that the bar is cloesd. Huh? We didn't understand that at all but we were willing to take to show elsewhere but I believe that Hadiya was just so hurt from all the work she did and then not being able to show off her work is horrible I understand her feelingsa totally. Good Luck and continue to keep your head up.
