I have been hearing from so many people lately about how stressed everyone is feeling about the exams and honestly it is just exhausting to watch us all worry like this. I am trying to get more clarity on the CAMs situation from the department but it feels like hitting a wall every single time I send an email. Just keep hanging in there because I really do think they have to listen if we keep pushing.

Seeing all these names show up honestly feels surreal and I keep refreshing the page because it is actually happening. My hands were shaking when I started this but now it feels like we might finally get somewhere with the administration.

Please take it into consideration us leaving in res as we have been traumatized by the situation and out parents are sick in worry as we don't have family around cape Town.
Consideration of CAM as final assessment not only ease frustration on staff members and students but also guarantee our safety.
I agree on using our CAM marks as final marks.
We are tired of this situation is disadvantages us.. We need solutions we can't write January. .. no come with cam as solution
These protests have left all students at a disadvantage. We deserve a holiday, we deserve to be safe and after all these years of hard work, we deserve our degree.

In light of the university's failure to ensure the safety of staff, students and invigilators, I feel that defying these protesters by coming in to write may result in serious harm coming to us or cost us our lives. Police fire into crowds indiscriminately and innocent people get hurt. I will not sacrifice my life for a cause I do not support, a cause that is anti-education, a cause that infringes on the rights of others, a cause that has a total disregard for all we stand for as an institution and future professionals..all in the name of being heard. Thus, I am in favour of the CAM rule being utilized, in the absence of safe and alternative means to conclude the academic year.
