There has been a great debate about the future of the boys soccer program at Watertown Mayer, and one option that has not been fully explored is the option of Watertown Mayer hosting their own boys middle school or C-squad program.
If Watertown Mayer were to host their own Middle School program, the boys opting to play for Watertown Mayer, would strictly play for Watertown Mayer. The program would be looking to build for the future, with the first priority the Middle School or C- Squad team and growing in the years to come.

I am honestly a bit overwhelmed by the momentum behind this proposal. It was never my intention to start something this large, but seeing how many people want the same future for our kids is humbling.

Watertown Mayer has all the middle school players and it only makes sense for the boys to play in WM verses transporting them to Mayer for practices and games.
Middle school kids should play against other middle school kids. This option makes sense from a numbers standpoint as well as a developmental standpoint.
I have two boys a 9 and a 12 year old that would love to play soccer in Watertown.
I support WM Soccer. We need a supporting program for boys soccer that is appropriate for their age and skill level.
My son is currently in 6th grade at WM and would like to play for his school.
My son Owen is in 7th grade and want to play soccer for his school. I support the boys Soccer at WM.
I support boys Soccer being at W/M when the time is right. Logan(7th grade) would most like to play soccer with his friends.

My son Griffin is a 4th grader and will be moving to the middle school next year. I would love for him to have a middle school team for soccer!
