As a male student of CHS, I feel very excluded in the Homecoming Nomination Process. It seems extremely confusing to only have the female students represented in Homecoming court grades 9-11 - there is no justifiable reason for this. It also makes the process considerably less fun, and people are less willing to participate. Choosing not to be a part of something is very different from being excluded completely. So please join me in evening out the nominations for homecoming court.

I have been hearing from so many guys who feel exactly the same way about being left out of the court. Skipping these traditions because we are not allowed to participate feels wrong when we just want to be included like everyone else.

Seeing this kind of momentum feels surreal because it proves I am not the only one who feels left out by these outdated traditions. Knowing that so many of you feel the same way gives me the energy to keep pushing for a change that finally includes everyone.

I will sign this because Austyn is my son, and I fully support his cause. TURN UP
He would make a great homecoming king. Austyn is one of the nicest and funniest people I know.
This has a mediocre chance of succeeding. But I might as well, yeah that's a good reason. If I sign this, I might be a little more popular though. So that's pretty good I guess.
I'm excited to see a "This I Believe" statement exacting tangible pursuit of change. Great job, Austyn!
It's a new age, so it's time to make changes to be sure to we are with the times!

Honestly it is so boring that guys never get to be on the court. Lets make things fun for once!
