The commission has confirmed the change to Hampton Court Parliamentary Constituency. This outcome is entirely down to the persistence of everyone who signed and spoke up for our local identity. I am honestly stunned we got here and truly grateful to you all for sticking with this.

I started this because the name Hampton Court just felt right for our community. Reading your stories about the local history has been quite eye opening for me. Thank you for helping me see how many people care about this name change as much as I do.

Please listen to the residents on this one. Hampton Court is the only name that actually connects all the wards together.
YES!! Hampton Court is the heart of this constituency. Why would anyone call it anything else??
About time. Local identity matters and the current name just feels totally wrong for us.
Teddington and Hanworth makes no sense at all. Hampton Court is a much better fit for the area.

Seems like a simple fix. Everybody here identifies with Hampton Court more than those other names.
