Tired of seeing empty bottles on the side of the road, in the water, and piling up in your garbage? Many states charge a deposit. Florida currently does not. This gives all of us the incentive to return bottles and cans, and will also help with road cleanup since it is great income for those in need.

PLEASE just do this already. Other states have been doing it for years and it works fine.
Go to the beach sometime and see how much plastic is everywhere. It is depressing.
Its 2018 and the earth is about to spit us out.

the side of the highway is just a trash heap now. really wish people cared more about our state.
