We, the people and electorate of Warren County, Pennsylvania, hereby respectfully petition the Warren County Commissioners and the Warren County Republican Party to remove John Bortz as Warren County Commissioner. Due to inappropriate behavior, disrespect for his office and blatantly lying to the voters of this county, we the undersigned demand his resignation from the office he currently holds.
