Boots and Saddle *is* a community, a haven for friends and strangers alike. Regardless of our background, heritage, or orientation, we find an embrace here. Often, we find a purpose, too, and I've been particularly impressed by the ownership's commitment to encourage each of us to take an active role in political and charitable causes: to the owners, this is more than a business. The customers feel the same.

A wonderful and historic business, a responsible and community-driven business owner (Mr. Ziegler), and an entertaining and profitable addition to any neighborhood that could definitely fuel the profits of surrounding businesses as well.

Robert and his team at Boots & Saddle have been an amazing part of the community: he's given a home to burgeoning artists, provided a cozy haven for happy hour and been a tremendous advocate for the historic nature of Greenwich Village.
