We are seeking the approval of a Liquor Licence to reopen a Bay Ridge Brooklyn Landmark location, at 7110 3rd Ave Brooklyn NY 11209.A 50 year history of restaurant/bar/supper club and live entertainment venue. It is one of the last in Bay Ridge that has a legal cabaret license for dining dancing ( weddings/sweet 16s/christening etc.) Formally knows as Changes/TJ BENTLEYS/ and Cafe Remy. It is a multi-cultural venue that has served the community for over 50 years. We are now opening a supper club ( Argentinian Steak House) with live music. Please sign this petition in favor of approving the license. NO DONATIONS PLEASE .

It's about time !!! The last owners REMY CAFE did a great job ,never any problems and were an asset to the community. There should be more responsible owners like Eddie Batist in the restaurant / cabaret business that cares for the neighborhood and it's values Towards a good relationship with the people.

Bay Ridge thrives on establishments such as this, and an Argentinian restaurant will add needed diversity to the neighborhood's culinary scene.

My 2 most memorable times at Remy were my aunt's memorial where the staff went above and beyond to make my family comfortable and meeting the love of my life while doing my version of salsa dancing.
