This petition is to show there is a need for a sanctuary on the big otter creek in the Tillsonburg area (Black Bridge) to stop people fishing out of season for migratory rainbow trout.This will also protect the migratory Rainbow Trout during their most vulnerable time allowing for more successful spawning in the best habitat available for the fish.
