Changes such as these mid-lease are unethical & should be illegal. You cannot rent or sell a property under one rate & change the rate less than half way through my lease... Something must be done.

I am being charged my $100.00 utility payment plus now being charged for utilities. I would think that if you are now being charged for utilities the utility payment of $100.00 would no longer be charged to you. My contract states that I am paying $100.00 for utilities.

I have been so upset with Boca Raton management and all they tell me is they can change The lease I have lived here for five years and now they tell me I also have to pay $60 for Wi-Fi which I already have

There are other issues that should be addressed. This is only one of many.

Unethical, unprofessional, and irresponsible. People such as myself have payed good and hard earned money to live on this property. Amendments to utility agreements because of management's irresponsibility shouldn't be tolerated.
