Unethical, unprofessional, and irresponsible. People such as myself have payed good and hard earned money to live on this property. Amendments to utility agreements because of management's irresponsibility shouldn't be tolerated.

Changes such as these mid-lease are unethical & should be illegal. You cannot rent or sell a property under one rate & change the rate less than half way through my lease... Something must be done.

TY for fighting for us. the customer service has been a nightmare since we moved here including someone keying our suv in the garage the week we moved in. Boca could care less I should've known then. All the very best & we support you fully!

Im really disappointed in Boca. Their washers suck, their pool was out of order forever, the basement leaks so much I feel like the ceiling will collapse, our showere were disgusting, people leave trash on the floors around the trash shoots, they are raising the rent and making us pay for electric when our contracts say it included. I'm out of here asap.

I am being charged my $100.00 utility payment plus now being charged for utilities. I would think that if you are now being charged for utilities the utility payment of $100.00 would no longer be charged to you.
My contract states that I am paying $100.00 for utilities.

I have been so upset with Boca Raton management and all they tell me is they can change The lease I have lived here for five years and now they tell me I also have to pay $60 for Wi-Fi which I already have

I have been trying to confirm if the electric company is even licensed in the state but no one can tell me

I plan on protesting my current lease as the terms are not stated. All I received was a notice in the mail and legally that won't supercede my lease agreement and is in direct conflict with what the leasing office had me sign. It's almost laughable.

Been here since shortly after it opened ... continually gone downhill. They have no integrity.
