As residents of Bluff View Townhomes I feel its a need to address certain issues that must be changed.  It has come to my attention that some units are paying less then what I pay and that the three unattached homes only pay $55.00 for HOA.   I feel that this is not fair and something must be done in order to make this an equal community.  If I was told that I would pay twice as much as another to have the same amenities I would have not invested into these town homes.
Its an unsettling issue that there are 90-100 working units in this facility paying upwards around $95.00 a month. Even if half of us payed $95.00 per month that would still be over $50,000 per year, for what? A minimum landscaping, 4 areas that need mowing, one swimming pool and hot tube that is cleaned only for non- residents to accommodate into the mornings hours, lighting that is burnt out and never replaced.
Another problem I see is all the broken games and gym equipment that has not been taken care of and has been left to fill empty space in an unused gym. Also the broken chairs that are outside the pool area.  As a Community I feel its a need that we petition against this problem that we are facing, asking where is our money going? Demanding that either Paul Properties and Rick Salisbury immediately fixes the many issues or gives us the opportunity to manage our own HOA. Also demanding that our HOA is taken a look at and come to a reasonable payment that is fair and equal to the others that also reside in this community.
