The undersigned Blues fans ask that in accordance with tradition the City of Birmingham Council organises an open top Bus parade through the streets of Birmingham.This parade to celebrate the winning of the Carling Cup by the Birmingham City Football Club.The Parade to finish at the Council Offices where the Carling Cup can be shown to the Birmingham City Fans and people of Birmingham. This Victory Parade to be followed by a Civic Reception for the Victorious Team and Management to be held in the Council Offices.
