Ridiculous decision. Parking should be free for badge holders everywhere. Get a grip council.
This is just another way to get money out of people who really struggle already. Disgraceful.
Absolutely unfair to charge for this. We need easy access not bills every time we go out.
Shameful behaviour Epsom and Ewell.
My husband relies on his badge just to get to the shops. Why are you making life harder for disabled residents??

Total incompetence from the council here. They didnt even listen to what we had to say at the meeting.
