Black Pearl has for years been a bar dear to CCI Students. It is a spacious bar (It has a 2nd floor, an inner and outer area) that provides its costumers with a heated area for the winter, lots of free food and snacks in the purchase of a single beer/wine, and familiar faces we trust who embrace our presence (unlike other "allowed" bars in Lanciano). Despite the disturbing commotion that took place in BP last year due to the lack of morality and drug usage of CCI students, it is important to clarify that this is a new year. Those troublesome students are gone and it is rather evident that Lanciano in general facilitates the means of attaining drugs in every corner of its little stoned streets. At the end of the day, if the students have the erroneous desire to purchase drugs, they will do it regardless of Black Pearl. The owners of this bar, Karla and Luciano, are willing to negotiate with CCI in order to gain their trust back after 8 months of being categorized as a "banned bar". I invite the current students of CCI to sign this petition in order to make an attempt to get Black Pearl back by creating awareness in Mrs Alessandro and Mr Rutherford of our desires. By signing this, you compromise to use BP adequately (not breaking any school rules) in case of BP being available to us again.
