The city confirmed that the signal at Hyperion and Monon is officially moving forward. I keep thinking about Bill and how this change will finally keep our neighbors safe when they cross the street. Thank you for staying loud until the job was finished.

I think of Bill every time I walk past that crosswalk and know we cannot wait another day for this signal. We need to hit 500 signatures right now to show the city that our neighborhood expects them to keep their promise before any more lives are lost. Seeing the count climb toward one hundred names reminds me of how many neighbors still feel the weight of losing Bill at that intersection. We need a final surge of activity to prove to the DOT that this safety measure must remain a top priority before the construction window closes.

This light is needed for the kids walking to school. Can't believe it took this long to get it approved.
Too many people speed down Hyperion. It is a death trap for anyone trying to walk across the street. About time they put a light in!
