Many Netherne on the Hill residents have chronically slow Broadband provision, with no service at all sometimes. This is affecting hundreds of people living in the village.

PLEASE SIGN OUR PETITION!

The problem has occured because the broadband cabinet in Netherne is at full capacity. There are no more fibre optic broadband spaces available in the cabinet, meaning high speed internet is not available to many of us.

Both BT and Sky have acknowledged the problem and BT Openreach have advised that they may increase fibre broadband capacity, given enough interest from affected residents.

We call on BT Openreach to provide the necessary infrastructure and increase the fibre broadband capacity, so that all Netherne residents have access to an acceptable service.

Living here is a nightmare for working from home. My connection drops out constantly and it takes forever to load basic webpages. Sort it out.

Totally agree. Cant stream anything without it buffering every 5 seconds. Extremely frustrating.

Been dealing with this for months. Need better service asap.

Fed up with this! Openreach needs to stop dragging their feet and upgrade the cabinet already.

Ridiculous. My kids cant even do their homework because the internet is so slow. We moved here for a better life not to go back to dial up speeds.

Paying full price for internet that barely works is a joke. We live in 2017 not 1995. Get us some decent speeds.
