Thunderbird Drop Box wants to bring regulated competition and choice to the Beaverton roll-off dumpster market, which will result in a cost savings of 8% to 20% on mixed dry waste disposal, and as much as 60% cost savings on wood or yard debris boxes.
Your current assigned hauler will only give you a recycle rate of 16-20% on your material, while Thunderbird uses a government-approved and regulated facility with over 50% recycling rates.

Waste Management is allowed to be a monopoly for those of us who are stuck in their service area. Please let us get dumpsters from other companies who offer much lower rates than Waste Management...

Thunderbird is responsible, able to offer cheaper rates AND still provide responsible, trackable disposal. We have been in the grip of a monopoly for far too long. Competition is healthy for the consumer and the community. Thunderbird is a worthy competitor and should be given a place in our local market.
