Currently soccer is not a high school sport at Bennington. With the current interest we would like to change that. As parents we would like to express our support for soccer. We believe it will be that soccer will be sustainable. Currently after U8 with the Bennington Soccer club many kids discontinue the sport to learn volleyball, basketball or various other sports because they are offered at the high school level. By adding soccer to the High School it will give kids yet another opportunity to be active in sports, learn teamwork, morals and open more doors for scholarship opportunities. We the undersigned, support a decision to add soccer as a High School sport at Bennington.

my son has been playing since he was 5 and its a shame he has to quit just to play a school sport. make it happen already.

YES PLEASE. way too many kids are losing interest because they cant play for their school. soccer is huge everywhere else why not here?
