The Parks Department has acknowledged receipt of our proposal packet. A formal meeting is currently being scheduled to discuss the structural requirements for the memorial bench installation.

Spent so many afternoons sitting by that tree. Really hope the parks dept listens to us for once.
PLEASE BRING BENDY TREE BACK. it was the heart of the park for so long. this bench idea is perfect.

Miss that tree every time i walk thru the park. Such a dumb idea to cut it down in the first place.
