The Rohnert Park City Council finally folded and scrapped that garbage party ordinance. You forced their hand and protected the rights of SSU students against their pathetic intimidation tactics. Stay ready because we will be watching them like hawks to ensure they do not try this nonsense again.
Rohnert Park City Council is preparing to pass a party ordinance aimed at SSU college students. SSU students are promising to boycott all Rohnert Park businesses if the ordinance becomes law.
The Rohnert Park City Council thinks they can target SSU students and get away with it. We are already talking to business owners who are starting to realize that if they back this ordinance they will lose their entire customer base.

The City Council thinks they can target our students without a fight but this surge in momentum proves them dead wrong. Our collective refusal to let them push us around is finally making these local politicians sweat. Keep this pressure on because we are not backing down until this garbage ordinance is scrapped.

Ridiculous. We already pay enough for school. Leave the students alone and worry about actual problems here.

This is totally unfair. Students are what keep this town running and the businesses alive. Stop blaming us for everything.

If the city council wants to kill all the local shops then go ahead. We will take our money elsewhere.
