We of the BCCC women's basketball team worked hard as ever this year and the administration (Dean Ron Smith, Dr. Alicia Harvey-Smith & President Williams) has shown us nothing but disrespect. For the past two years we have not gone anywhere and I love the men but with their white coach they have gone to Texas, North Carolina, New York and Delaware. We have not gone anywhere because of the personal issues between Dean Smith, Ruffin Bell, Tara Owens against my coach and adopted father Renard Smith. We were undefeated at 23-0, won the MD JUCO Championship, Region XX Championship and earned a right to play in the national tournament. NOT!!!!!!!! Dean Smith had to step in and mess everything up. He can't even look us all in the face because of what he has done. I hate him, this school and definately the administration. You will never find a team like this ever again. Now you think Ms. Owens will be the answer, I heard she only coach under 10 wins in her career. Where's the experience. She is the woman version of Ruffin Bell. They all must go.
