Social and economic sustainability; doctors, schools and shops at capacity. Traffic; egress onto A49/Hereford road requires substantial investment and work to safely grow the the village population. Rounsabout at the end of Gorse Lane requires rework to cope with additional traffic. Environmental sustainability; development will damage habitats and protected trees. Bayston Hill has already supplied the required 5 year housing stock.

Strongly object on the grounds of environmental sustainability. The surrounding countryside should be left intact for future generations to enjoy. Also traffic access and dangers related. Another cause if concern is the economic sustainability as there will not be enough spaces in the local school for villiage children or doctors or dentists etc.

Gorse Lane has a high population of young families with children. The proposed housing development with the associated increase in traffic will further limit the opportunities for outdoor activities for these children. The area will become increasingly dangerous due to the higher levels of vehicles and the street will no longer be a safe environment for children to grow up in.
