The village does not have the infrastructure needed to support further housing. The village is also in danger of losing its boundaries + merely becoming of Shrewsbury.

the village is lovely the way it is - no more houses - it's hard enough getting up the main road past the retail park just to get home - the council should really be looking at this - go away leave bayston Hill alone

Luke Clancy Social and economic sustainability; doctors, schools and shops at capacity. Traffic; egress onto A49/Hereford road requires substantial investment and work to safely grow the the village population. Rounsabout at the end of Gorse Lane requires rework to cope with additional traffic. Environmental sustainability; development will damage habitats and protected trees. Bayston Hill has already supplied the required 5 year housing stock.

strongly object to any more development, the infrastructure of the village cannot cope with further development. The green belt between bayston hill and Shrewsbury must be preserved, creating a conurbation by stealth will not be beneficial to anyone without all the proper facilities in place. We are a village NOT a small town .
