With the increasing number of families moving to Rough Hollow for its picturesque setting, outdoor amenities and lifestyle, great schools, and great neighbors, it is hard to think of something that would add to this already outstanding community. As families with children grow older, parents are continually searching out activities for their children to do that are in the area, that are safe, that are physically active, and that promote social skills above their online activities.The Lake Travis area is very sports oriented in our schools and select sports clubs and this is also evident by the recent bond passing for the the new Field of Dreams Sports Facility at the southern entrance of Rough Hollow, the new Hill Country Indoor Sports Facility in Bee Caves,

As a father of two teenagers, one being a boy, he is into any sport that has a ball. He plays select baseball,select basketball and football at the middle school (and his friends are the same way) and two of these three sports fields are in proximity to Rough Hollow. What is missing?

BASKETBALL! VOLLEYBALL! TENNIS!

I have personally spoken to the developer and H.O.A. about adding a full court basketball/sport court at Highland Village and they told me their has not been any discussions about adding a sport court as not enough residents have shown an interest. So here is your chance to be heard!
