Let’s petition our PTSTC board to convert one of our two tennis courts into a basketball court. This space is perfect for this idea!
It will give all of us, most importantly our children, another amenity to enjoy in our wonderful community. This could also have a positive influence on our property values. Many of our neighboring subdivisions have this amenity.
Your current dues include a budget for capitol improvements and renovations.

The PTSTC board is still ignoring our emails while sitting on our dues money. I am tired of the bureaucratic stonewalling from people who clearly have no interest in upgrading our neighborhood facilities.

The PTSTC board thinks we will just quietly accept their refusal to modernize our neighborhood but this momentum proves they are wrong. Keep the pressure on these gatekeepers because the days of ignoring our requests are coming to an end.

A basketball court would be a great addition - healthy outdoor play for young people & adults.
What a wonderful idea! This would be such a simple thing to do to add a really nice amenity! I work in many neighborhoods with more options than we have here, so it would be so nice to add this. Im confident it will improve home values too!
What a great amenity this would increase to your subdivision! I visit periodically to visit my son and his family. It would be great to go watch my grandsons shoot some hoops!
Great idea. Kids are going over to play basketball at Trace Crossings elementary now. This would be a lot better in the neighborhood
This would be a much better use of that space than a tennis court that no one uses

The tennis courts are just collecting dust anyway. My kids would use a basketball hoop every single day. Great idea
