Everyone is well aware of the "padded room" situation at Terry Fox Elementary. We have 3 known cases of children being held in this room for behavioral problems. Some of these children are Autistic. Do you think that this action will aid a child in any way? I think this is an act of abuse! These actions are traumatizing children. How would you feel if this happened to your child? How is this even legal!! If we as parents were to lock our children in their rooms for their behavior, would this not be concidered a form of abuse? please sign our petition, and help us have this nonsence stopped!!
