Indian / State Government shall stop immediate selling of chines Tukkals and strictly monitor with considers to life safety matter of Indians. As we know, when Chines un-controlled Necked Fired Tukkals fly then there is no control over its fly and safety matter of Indians. In past, many fire incidents were registered with respective city fire brigade and with newspapers.
Many indian loss their family members and their property due to fire ignited by Tukkals. Very well we know that, flying of chines Tukkal is the flying fire hazard which can crash on anybody's home or on shop which can easily ignite and spread fire.
Makarshankranti celebration will finish by all kite lovers with full enjoyment and lots of entertainment. After makarsankranti we heard many fire calls information in newspapers in which mentioned loss of human lives and properties.
Should ANY ONE can be punished indirectly or directly with life risk or financially by others entertainment.
If you fly Tukkal which can damage to somebody’s home/shop or death of human life then you are legally guilty as per INDIAN PANEL CODE 1860:Section 285- Negligent conduct with respect to fire or combustible matter: Negligent conduct with respect to fire or combustible matter:
Whoever does, with fire or any combustible matter, any act so rashly or negligently as to endanger human life, or to be likely to cause hurt or injury to any other person, Or knowingly or negligently omits to take such order with any fire or any combustible matter in his possession as is sufficient to guard against any probable danger to human life from such fire or combustible matter, Shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, or with both.
We have many types of kite which are more enough to enjoy Makarsankranti So, why we are playing with others life by Tukkals???.

Govt. already doing great work. But in terms of tukkals govt. must have to frame strangent rules, regulations and punishment for breach the rules. Similarly Citizens of India must boycott the Chinese Tukkalas.
