It is very dangerous to fly these types of items. I personally strictly recommend to stop and if any fire incident happen in future due to this then the person must get penalty or send him to prison if found guilty.

Govt. already doing great work.
But in terms of tukkals govt. must have to frame strangent rules, regulations and punishment for breach the rules.
Similarly Citizens of India must boycott the Chinese Tukkalas.
