On April 18th my son Corey Foster was killed by employees at Leake and Watts school located in Yonkers New York. He was put in what they called a Therapeutic Hold (Restraint) that caused him to vomit and suffocate. During his restraining by 4 or more Employees; Corey yelled "I Can't Breathe". His distress was answered by "if you can talk you can breathe". Moments later my son Corey Died. Studies have shown that Restraint and Seclusion (Therapeutic Hold) have killed children as young as 2 years old for over 20 years in the United States of American. WE NEED TO HELP BAN RESTRAINT AND SECLUSION LAW IN OUR SCHOOLS. OUR CHILDREN NEED TO BE SAFE. Thank you for your help

THOSE PEOPLE SHOULD BE IN PRISON. RESTRICTION IS NOT TEACHING. PRAYERS FOR COREY.
