Fishermen should be allocated a certain part of the beach that way no costly vets bills for the innocent victims

the full length of the promenade should be a fishing free zone. Fishing should only be allowed at the far ends. Dog restrictions should remain as is. In this way, children can play, dog owners know where they are and pets kept safe from hooks and lines. Fishing still takes place but in a properly zoned area.
