What we need in New York State (NYS) is not new laws to reduce old rights but new laws to regulate new technology gone astray by societal fads that compromise public safety and peace of mind. We have all seen these obnoxious lights (blue, silver, green) on our public highways. As many of us know – driving represents the most dangerous activity we do each day so why should we -the general public- tolerate such a safety hazard? By signing this ipetition you are joining a growing group of citizens that say enough. In time we shall word one voice to our NYS legislators in support of public safety to ban all vehicular HID lighting! This petition already exists in Canada, now it’s our turn. A similar website is coming soon…thank you
