Many nearby Georgia communities, such as the City of Lawrenceville, City of Decatur, City of Chamblee, and City of Dunwoody , successfully allow limited backyard poultry with sensible safeguards, reflecting a growing trend toward responsible, small-scale food production in residential areas.

My kids really want to learn about where their food comes from and this would be a great way to do it. plus fresh eggs are way better than store bought.
People should be able to produce their own eggs. Especially if there are no roosters.
