Please sign this petition to encourage Commonwealth Attorney Wade Kizer to seek Capital Murder charges against Kevin Lucas charged with the murder of three year old Christian Reid. By the code of Virginia Capital Murder is a Class 1 Felony. The punishment For Class 1 felonies are, death, if the person so convicted was 18 years of age or older at the time of the offense and is not determined to be mentally retarded pursuant to § 19.2-264.3:1.1, or imprisonment for life and, subject to subdivision (g), a fine of not more than $100,000. If the person was under 18 years of age at the time of the offense or is determined to be mentally retarded pursuant to § 19.2-264.3:1.1, the punishment shall be imprisonment for life and, subject to subdivision (g), a fine of not more than $100,000. Kevin Lucas preyed on a victim that was defenseless. Kevin Lucas heard Christians cries yet ignored them. Please hear his cries for Justice!
This petition will also be presented to local legislature to seek stronger laws to protect our children. The children are the future if we fail to protect them now will there even be a future?

He ignored a 3 year old crying? How can a human being be that evil. Throw the book at him.
My heart is absolutely breaking for little Christian. This was a defenseless child. DO THE RIGHT THING AND SEEK JUSTICE.
Justice for Christian. He didn't deserve any of this.
Wade Kizer needs to step up. Stop protecting these people and look at the evidence.
