We, the undersigned citizens, are opposed to the proposed plan by the developer owners of Autumn Hill to ask permission of the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors to build their own sewer plant. Said proposal is in violation of the Town\'s growth management contract commonly known as PUGAMP. The growth management contract was recently upheld by the Loudoun County District Court. The proposed Autumn Hill development (located adjacent to the proposed High School at Fields Farm) is nearly 500 residential units and would destroy the small town character and quality of life of Purcellville and the surrounding community. We urge the Loudoun County Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors to reject this ill conceived proposal.
