Ask the County to protect our property and our community before someone gets hurt!

I have lived in Aguila for almost 60 years and the thrives are getting worse i was attacked by one a reported it to the sheriff department and so far nothing had been done.we all know who they are but nothing is ever done. Aguila definitely needs full time Sheriff's in town who give a damn about what is happening.

Keeping our WENDEN neighborhood safe. How many times do we need to have these people break the law and NOT have local law enforcement’s to NOTHING ABOUT IT. This guy now has a stolen gun and loaded clips. And why has the FBI not been called in. The stolen construction equipment would have been in that that cost bracket??

I’m against any form of theft, and even more appalled by lack of the sheriff’s and the county from doing anything to take action and arrest or prosecute these thieves. They are dangerous low life and with no water or electricity they are a health issue to the people around them. Do something authorities to eliminate this situation.

I had my Cat 305 Mini Excavator stolen in February. Complaint number 260200665 The deputy told me its not a theft if you recover it!! He wouldn't go question the suspect and did nothing. Said he would call me and email me abou the case, but I never heard from him again. I was just robbed again, on 5-23-26 He was caught in the act and his picture taken. Broke into my connex was trying to steel my Polaris Razor and took various items including a 40 cal semi auto pistol with two clips of ammo. This was in the middle of the day and didn't care if he was seen. They have got very bold!! It took the Sherrif's Department a week and a half to turn in the paperwork to the county attorney to make it a real case. I haven't heard if they have done anything yet. I call all the time. The case from my mini excavator was never turned into county attorney so it was never a case! The sherrifs office says they are working diligently on the case and say he left the county. But no arrest warrant has been issued!! I just want then to do what they are paid to do, most of them just make excuses. If it was happing to them, they would care. Wade

I live in the area where this is happening and know that nothing is being addressed with law enforcement. Even when a loaded semi-auto pistol was taken.

We need to get on top of all this crime.

There have been breaking and thefts around our property located by the cemetary. We are only there in the winter and are very concerned!

We live by the cemetery and are away during the summer, several people around us have been broken into or had things stolen...we are very concerned!

Tough on crime is the only way!

Several of m neighbors have been burglarized by these people. Money and heavy equipment were stolen.

Small towns matter! We deserve better policing in our community!

My family owns property next to this family and they have broke in and stolen from us!! They live in their vehicles, have no running water, and at times no power. They use the neighbors utilities illegally. This family needs held accountable for their actions!

When crime happens and criminals are not prosecuted criminals will commit more crime. A lack of prosecution emboldens criminals and increases crime.

Please help keep us safe!
