I, the undersigned, request that the City of Houston place a hold on all high rise, high density development projects on residential and collector streets in the Boulevard Oaks and Southampton area, and develop protections for neighborhoods to prevent this incongruous development. Such projects should be located on major thoroughfares that have adequate capacity to handle additional traffic generated by these projects. I am especially opposed to the Ashby High Rise project being developed by Matthew Morgan and Kevin Kirton at 1717 Bissonnet in Houston, Texas.

Keep this garbage out of our neighborhood. We have enough traffic as it is.
