The management team has confirmed that they will move forward with an alternative ticketing platform for all upcoming tour dates. We reached this outcome because the data from this petition forced a direct review of their current distribution practices. I will be monitoring the implementation of these new sales policies …

I’ve created this petition for P!nk to gain awareness of what happens when she sells her tickets through ticketmaster.

P!nk recently announced her Beautiful Trauma world tour, and presale for North America dates began on October 10th, unfortunately not everyone had access to an AMEX card, or never received an email for a Verified Fan presale, therefore missed out on tickets. The general public sale began on October 13th at 10:00am, but all venues were sold out in minutes, why? Scalpers. Scalpers bought out all the seats for every venue (despite Ticketmaster’s “purchasing limit”) and have been reselling tickets at alarming prices back through Ticketmaster. To give an example, the original price for a seat in the 300 level is being resold for a price of $9,400!

How is Ticketmaster allowing this? Ticketmaster is known for their horrible customer service (believe me, I called them twice on October 10th and both that answered the phone sounded like they just woke up and as clueless as if they lived on another planet, wasting an hour of my time with no answers) and now, they just don’t care what happens after their tickets have been purchased.

This ultimately results in enraged fans losing out on tickets, or fans getting scammed into believing these are true prices and afterwards attacking the artist. The artist has nothing to do with this, their original prices are completely reasonable, and the artists have no clue what is happening.

This petition was created to bring to the attention of any artist that sells tickets through ticketmaster (including P!nk), and to get these artists to stop using Ticketmaster.

If you agree, that artists should use an alternative ticket selling website for their tickets, please sign below, and tag P!nk.

The current volume of signatures has provided the necessary leverage to begin drafting a formal letter to the artist management team. I am finalizing a list of industry contacts who oversee ticketing operations to ensure this document reaches the appropriate decision-makers.

I tried getting disability seats during Pre sale. No we're made available. When general sale became available prices were outrageous

It's is impossible to get through on the phone so if you need help you can't get it! Very poor almost non existent customer service, but unfortunately for customers we have no other options to buy tickets. They need competition so they actually have to lift their game is they want to stay in the business!

I wanted to buy 3 tickets for my two girls and I to attend this concert. however, being a single mother of three, I can’t afford 1 ticket let alone 3! We have been a huge fan ever since she came out! Even though we will not be there for the concert, she will always be a rock star to us!!!

Ticket prices are sold and now able tgo be re sold. Tickets were sold in and resale prices go from $1000-3000 for a decent seat. That is insaine. Pink loves her fans and she would hate to know how many of us are heartbroken because we're being ripped off and cant afford ticket costs. Its heartbreaking, I've never missed a show of hers.
