Following road expansion on Al Qudra Road, Arabian Ranches residents have been informed of ongoing discussions between Emaar and RTA on trees removal alongside Al Qudra Road.
We firmly oppose this decision and kindly request Emaar and RTA to agree on keeping the trees alongside Palmera/Al Qudra Road.

I really never thought this would move so quickly but seeing all these people backing the trees makes me feel like we have a real fighting chance. It is just wild to think about those machines getting closer to the greenery while we are busy trying to prove that this stretch of road needs to stay exactly how it is right now.

Whilst the road improvements are definitely required, why would trees need to be removed when they will provide noise reduction & beautify between residential villas & a busy road.
The trees are the only sound and visual barrier. To remove them will devalue the area and make living here worse.
Please do not remove the trees. They’re a sanctuary for wildlife; they keep the community clean, they help stop the air being polluted, they make the community feel secluded and away from the smelly road, they also keep the noise of the road away. Why on earth would you consider cutting them down?!? It is an unintelligent choice to cut them down EMAAR!
Please do not remove any trees. This will increase noise and dust pollution which is already affecting our health as the roadworks continue. Regards
Keep the trees! They shield us from dust, provide a sound barrier to the road traffic and are a habitat to many different species. It’s barbaric to have them removed and against the sustainability agenda that Dubai promotes.

We need to respect our Mother Earth! Trees are very necessary for basic functioning & necessities. They are needed to maintain the balance in the ecosystem.

We’ve leaved in Palmera 4 for 4 years and the trees offer the only protection against noise pollution, sand pollution and privacy from the main road. The green living space was the reason we moved to the community and what we love about Arabian Ranches and would have a devastating effect to the community and it’s residents if they were removed.
