Please put court. Surrounding developments in our area all have basketball courts. Make it where you have to have a key to get in. Thank you.
Been living here in the Estates since 2018. No sign of a amenity center yet. If we’re the ones paying for it, we should be the ones that decide what it entails!!
We really need a basketball court, so many kids and teenagers in this community. They need to be active and what a best way than do it than in the community where we live! Close and secured!
My son loves basketball but we can’t get a hoop because our driveway isn’t flat. A basketball court would be great!
A basketball court was promised to us when we bought this house. So why should our neighborhood even have to start a petition. We pay way more than enough in hoa fees for you to keep your promises.

A full sized basketball court enclosed with Arcadia Ridge resident key cards (like the pool), would be amazing. Like the one in the DR Horton homes located on the left side Hwy 90 just before 211.
