Digicel, the largest service provider in Jamaica currently, has been holding the citizens hostage for many years to high service rates, poor signals in many areas and even poorer customer service. I think it's high time, another service provider invested in Jamaica and provide some competition to them so that the movers and shakers of this company can finally wake up and smell the coffee. They have become too complacent being number 1 in Jamaica and has lost focus of what is important, it's customers and providing exceptional services.
