Digicel has been raising prices and giving us not only terrible service But terrible customer service. The change to the digicel App restricts us from speaking to customer service representatives over the phone and waiting long hours for the live chat. Raising the prices of the 2 day plan then erasing all plans in space of one night shows lack of consideration and comparison for customers. All we ask is for Good service at good prices. Digicel is not providing.. we need a change

Jamaicans want to pay less for their internet because $45.00 per MB as pay as you go rates is very expensive. I don't know about you Mr.Broadwell but I work very hard for my money. Please keep it positive or keep it moving. THANKS.

It’s so true, Like the struggle is real with the data received and the amount of money taken. Also credit disappear even not in use. And it’s so hard to get ur refund even when it’s not your fault as a customer. A real competition is due.
