Hello, My name is Monica Lacovitch and I am your 2009 Miss Kentucky International. I have chosen the platform of animal cruelty awareness and want to do my part here in Kentucky to keep animals out of the hands of people who have a history of animal cruelty. I feel that this database will be helpful to animal rescues and humane societies, as well as people who are adopting out animals to know they are placing them in good homes. Please do your part and sign this petition so that I may establish this helpful tool and hopefully save the lives of more animals.
