Mr. Governor, Attached you will find a list of considered canine lovers who are APPALLED at what happens in your Commonwealth's Commercial Kennels, especially those in Lancaster County. The blatant disregard for breed integrity and Humane Treatment will not be tolerated. You can no longer ignore the issue once you see the number of people disgusted by it. Here is a small detail of the issues we want addressed: Your commonwealth issues licenses to Commercial Kennels that keep canines in extremely close quarters with other dogs, catalyzing the spread of sickness. These Kennels are either outdoors or in barns with no heat or air conditioning, often made of chicken wire, they cut into the paws and pads of the dogs. From the time dames are 6 months old they are bread every heat cycle, making them extremely weak and fragile. These kennels do often times get loud so to cut down on the noise they simply ram a metal pipe down their throat to puncture there voice box, often times breaking their jaws. But no worries, they won't suffer for long; Rather than treating these dogs they merely beat, or drown the dogs to death. Some put them out of their misery quicker by simply shooting them.
