It is the current intention of the Board of Central Academy to refuse to honor passing grades and course work thus preventing Andrew Mitcham from Graduating on May 15, 2009. A course outline has been signed by the Guidance Counselor, two English teachers and the Assistant Headmaster of Central Academy. Any decision or prevention of Andrew's matriculation at this late date is not only retroactive decision making, but also a malicious, grievous, and negligent act by the Board. My signature below states that I support Andrew Mitcham receiving a graduation diploma based on his completed course work with passing grades.
